Ship Hitting Buoy & Fleeing Scene Caught by Surveillance Cameras in Yangzhou

At 6:30 on 30 July, Yangzhou Maritime law enforcement officers found that the Yangtze River No. 91 red buoy had been damaged by a collision, but no report was received.
