Mr Wang, 57, was beaten by a young man surnamed Pan on the afternoon of Dec 14, and 7 ribs of Wang were broken after Pan sat on Wang’s chest.
Pan, born in 1922, was more than 1.9 meters high and weighed 120kg.
The cause was that Pan stopped his car in an aisle of the neighborhood and caused traffic inconvenience, and Wang, who lived at the same old neighborhood in the Ruijin Road of Nanjing City, made some complaints when he went out with his electric motor car.
Unexpectedly, Pan was enraged at Wang’s complaint and beat Wang furiously.
In addition, Wang’s lungs were contused and both his left face and left ear swelled up, minor wound level.
Pan is now detained in accordance with law for being suspected of intentional injury.
