Xuzhou railway police is searching for two name-unknown female passengers via media on Jul 9, hoping to reward them for their righteous and courageous acts.
The police of Xuzhou High-speed Rail East Station found a man nervous and suspicious when seeing the police during patrol on 16:40 of Jul 6. The policeman then went towards him for an examination. When the man was asked to show his ID, he suddenly pushed the police away and ran.
According to the surveillance video of the station, while the man was running, a female passenger around 20-year-old stood in the way the man had to pass, and stuck her foot out to trip him. The man slowed down. After a few stumbles, he re-balanced himself and continued to run. At this time, he was pushed to the ground by another female passenger around 40-years-old. Under the help of the two ladies, the escaped criminal was finally captured by the police.
Investigation found out that on the evening of June 7, when a policeman of Kuishan Police Station, Xuzhou, patrolled in a KTV, the above mentioned man cut the policeman with a knife and ran away to resist from checking. He was then wanted by Xuzhou Police online.
