This day, 13 September, in 1993, Chinese Vice Premier, Zou Jiahua, and Deputy Prime Minister of the Third Polish Republic, Henryk Goryszewski, signed the “Agreement on Economic and Trade Relations between the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Poland” in Warsaw, as the first important bilateral agreement to regulate the two countries’ such relations after the upheaval in Poland of 1989.
