The new amphibious USV, designed by students of the College of Shipbuilding Engineering of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, won the Principal Award at the 5th Chinese College Students’ Ship and Marine Engineering Design Competition.
The amphibious USV uses self-designed unmanned moon pool and shrink device. This USV has achieved a balance between fly and dive. As a result, the USV can shift freely between underwater navigation, land or take off and navigation in the water and aviation.
