Born from an expat’s passion for food, Element Fresh first opened its doors in Shanghai in 2002. Since then the chain has expanded to Beijing and Guangzhou and now in 2013, Nanjing. All along the way, Element Fresh has won numerous awards from That’s Shanghai, The Beijinger and City Weekend such as Best Sandwich, Best Service, Best Breakfast and Restaurant of the Year as well as being certified as one of China’s Top Employers in 2012.
