This day, 26 September, in 2017, President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the 86th General Assembly of the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol) held in Beijing and delivered a keynote speech entitled, “Adhere to Cooperation, Innovation, Rule of Law and Win-win, and Work Together to Develop Global Security Governance”.
