A graduation-season activity titled “Love drifting” was held at College of Science of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) on May 31, during which an initiative was launched to donate books to children living in mountainous areas before the upcoming International Children’s Day on June 1.
Chen Yuxiu, a junior student at College of Science of NUAA and also the activity’s organizer, erected a “wall” near the building of College of Science by learning the concept of Iran’s “Wall of Kindness” to help the homeless in winter, on which students can hang their donated clothing. Those in need of the clothing can freely fetch it, and part of the clothing will be donated to children living in mountainous areas.
