Cooking techniques of mutton, such as boiling, braising and grilling, were demonstrated at a hotel in Xinbei District of Changzhou on Oct 27, indicating the opening of “2015 mutton culture, food and tourism festival in Xinbei District”.
Mutton in Xinbei District is well-known in the surrounding regions. The festival, beginning from this October to February next year, attracted more than 80 restaurants and tourism enterprises. Cooks made every effort to demonstrate their cooking techniques of mutton. The food not only presented a visual feast for gourmets at site, but also satisfied their taste buds.
