The “three-in-one” industrial and commercial registration system reform in Nanjing officially started on Dec 29, and the first “three-in-one” industrial and commercial business license, namely the organization code certificate, tax registration certificate as well as industrial and commercial business license are combined into one license, was issued in Nanjing by the Jiangsu Provincial Industrial and Commercial Bureau on the same day.
After the reform, it is possible for an applicant to submit only one set of application documents for the linkage assessment and approval by four government departments, namely industrial and commercial department, quality supervision department, national tax bureau and local tax bureau, so as to achieve the synchronized application-document reception, assessment and approval among the four departments within a designated period.
