Anti-Japanese War Victory Commemorated in Nanjing

September 3rd marked the 69th anniversary of China’s Victory in the Anti-Japanese War and World Anti-Fascist War. On this day, people from across the nation came to Nanjing’s “Massacre Memorial Museum” to reflect upon the hardships and dauntless struggles faced by Chinese citizens and soldiers during the war years. The martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives for China and its people were also commemorated. September 3rd was designated the “victory day” of the Anti-Japanese War in February this year.
