This day, 2 March, in 2016, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a global promotion event for the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on the theme of “An Open China: From Ningxia to the World”. With Foreign Minister Wang Yi in attendance this is the first provincial, autonomous and municipal global-promotion event organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
