“Anti-theft Phone Case” invented by Huang Jingjiao, a senior student of Nanjing Forestry University, has become the focus in the graduation design exhibition on May 31.
The phone case consists of two light sensors, one buzzer alarm and one central processing chip. “We usually put the phone in our pocket or bag, but the thief will certainly hide the phone when he steals it. It usually takes three seconds for this process and if the phone case feels the change within three seconds, it will automatically send the buzzer alarm,” explained Huang Jingjiao. Currently she is filing a patent application for her invention.
