CapGemini Consulting Corporation, the biggest counseling and information service provider in Europe, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nantong Government on Feb 13 to build Nantong into a smart city. Nantong has been listed in the second batch of national pilot smart cities and Sino-European pilot green smart cities.
The smart city construction includes 17 application projects of intelligent community, transportation, health, tourism, education and so forth. It aims to basically complete the state-level smart city building in Nantong by the end of 2017.
