This year’s Nanjing Food and Culture Festival will be held in Liangzhou of Xuanwu Lake Park on October 16th. This food festival, spanning over a period of four days, will serve up a total of 26 feasts, including “food mania”, “gourmet discovery”, “food sharing” and “food memories”.
It is reported that the Nanjing Catering Chamber of Commerce will select the festival’s ten best kitchens to partake in live demonstrations and interactive activities which shall enable local catering elites and citizens of Nanjing to taste the tasty masterpieces of “Nanjing’s Top 10 Restaurant Kitchens”.
During the food festival, a new version of the culinary map will be released. In this map, popular food including lobster, roast duck, duck blood vermicelli soup and noodles will be marked.
