Nanjing-Lhasa, Jiangsu’s first airline connecting the snow-covered plateau, was officially opened on Apr 16.
Nanjing-Lhasa line, one flight per day, is in the charge of Tibet Airline Corporation and adopts A319 aircraft that is suitable for high altitude environment. A flight takes off in Nanjing at 14:40 and arrives in Lhasa at 20:35 following the line of Nanjing-Guiyang-Lhasa on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays while a flight takes off in Nanjing at 14:40 and arrives in Lhasa at 20:20 following the line of Nanjing-Xi’ning-Lhasa on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
