A set of handrail of the second-floor balcony had fallen to the ground, broken into segments and there was blood on the ground.
A man in Gaogang district of Taizhou city, Jiangsu province unfortunately fell down to death when he was talking on the phone leaning against the handrail on the second-floor balcony at about 8 o’clock on Apr 16.
At the scene of the accident, a set of handrail of the second-floor balcony had fallen to the ground, broken into segments and there was blood on the ground where the police was investigating. The dead man, 57, was engaged in transport work at Gaogang section of the Yangtze River in Taizhou, according to the source.
The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
