Nanjing issued the 2014-2016 Construction Plan for Binjiang Scenery Belt on Oct 29th, according to which Nanjing will make an evening tour of the Yangtze River a regular tourism attraction next year. The plan will assure that the whole Binjiang scenery belt will be open for tourists in the next two years, making the 58km-long Yangtze River section the largest free scenic spot in the city. It was also introduced that public bikes will be provided in every section of the scenery belt, plus battery cars and mini-trains will also be introduced for transfer. While making great efforts to open the Binjiang scenery belt to the public, Nanjing will also work hard to improve and enhance its auxiliary facilities, ensuring that residents and tourists can find public sanitary and dining facilities within one kilometer, thus meeting the needs for tourism and recreation.
