Nine banks in Jiangsu province, among them are the Rural Commercial Bank of Zhangjiagang and Jiangsu Bank, made the list of Top 1,000 World Banks in 2013 released by The Banker.
As a prestigious magazine under British newspaper group Financial Times, The Banker publishes the ranking of Top 1,000 World Banks each year, which is deemed as the gauge to assess the overall strength of major banks in the world.
