On this Day in Chinese History; 28 August

This day, 28 August, in 2001, a ministerial meeting of China, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand regarding anti-drug cooperation was held in Beijing, in which the “Beijing Declaration” was discussed and adopted, as a useful practice for the governments of the four countries to seek high-level anti-drug meetings and consultations to solve the regional drug problem.
