This day, 24 November, in 2016, taking the opportunity of President Xi Jinping’s third visit to Latin America, the Chinese government issued the second, “China’s Policy Paper on Latin America and the Caribbean”, expounding the concepts of China’s policy towards those regions under the new era and new situation, seeking the relationship therein to continuously reach new heights.
