On this Day in Chinese History; 2 November

This day, 2 November, in 2017, the concept of, “Building a community with a shared future for mankind”, proposed by China, was included in the “Further Practical Measures for the Prevention of an Arms Race in Outer Space”, and, “No First Placement of Weapons in Outer Space”, by the United Nations General Assembly.
