This day, 16 November, in 1990, Jiang Zemin, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the CCP, had a cordial conversation with Indonesian President, Suharto, with both sides emphasising that the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence and the Ten Principles of the Bandung Conference are the basis for the long-term stable development of friendly cooperation between the two countries.
