On this Day in Chinese History; 9 February

This day, 9 February, in 2021, President Xi Jinping hosted the China-Central and Eastern European Countries Leaders’ Summit via video in Beijing and delivered a keynote speech. Therein, Xi emphasised that China-CEEC cooperation has no political strings attached; it is based on mutual respect whereby all countries involved, regardless of their size, are equal partners in a cooperation mechanism.
