This day, 28 January, in 1973, Foreign Minister Ji Pengfei delivered a speech regarding the signing of the Agreement on Ending the War and Restoring Peace in Vietnam, in which he congratulated the Vietnamese people on their great victory and reiterated that the Chinese government and people would still fully support the just cause of Vietnam and all the people of Indochina.
