This day, 1 April, in 2016, President Xi Jinping attended the forth Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, USA. In his speech, Xi focused on building a fair, cooperative and win-win international nuclear security system, comprehensively elaborating on China’s policies and propositions, and announcing China’s measures to strengthen its own nuclear security and actively promote international cooperation.
