Carnage outside School in Suqian; 2 Dead as Car Careers into Students & Parents

Sihong County PSB reports a 31 year old man was driving a car to send his sister to school when he suddenly fell ill and lost control of the vehicle. The resulting collision with multiple other vehicles also caused one serious and three minor injuries.
