A launch ceremony for the 4,000-horsepower pure electric tug “Ninggang Electric Tug 1” was held in Zhenjiang Shipyard on 1 July. Capable of over 13 knots, the tug has a 3,734 kWh battery pack providing for 8 hours of operation.
