1,300 Boats Brought into Nantong Docks to Shelter from Typhoon

At around 15:00 on September 20, Typhoon “Prasang” swept into Nantong. The boats had been notified the day prior that they should dock as soon as possible and secure all moorings, while video surveillance helped achieve full compliance.
