20th Life Saved Using Her Voice; Zhenjiang 110 Operator Talks Boy out of Suicide

Ma Haixia, now 45, became a 110 operator with Danyang PSB 19 years ago, and is now a backbone member of the Bureau’s “Wind Chime” early warning intervention program.
