On this Day in Chinese History; 21 May

This day, 21 May, in 2014, the fourth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Shanghai. President Xi Jinping presided over the meeting and delivered a keynote speech entitled, “Actively Establishing an Asian Security Concept and Creating a New Situation of Security Cooperation”, advocating a path of building, sharing and achieving win-win security in Asia.
