A household who put stinky shoes in the passageway annoyed the neighbors and even led to a physical conflict in a residential block in Qixia district of Nanjing, Jiangsu media reported on July 17.
The Cai’s have put their shoes in the passageway for years. After moving to their new home earlier this year, they still stacked the shoes along the public corridor, making their neighbor Old Li angry who thought he was the biggest victim of the stinky shoes.
After negotiating with Cai for a number of times in vain, Old Li had a fight with Cai. Through mediation, Cai promised to put the shoes away. Both sides forgave and forgot.
