A new policy about building a city with lowest charges for related enterprises in Yangtze River Delta was issued in Nanjing on July 22.
The growth rate of main economic indicators in Nanjing is higher than that of in southern Jiangsu in the first half year. In order to promote the innovative development of private economy, Nanjing will accelerate the urban state-owned enterprises’ exit from the traditional industrial and commercial fields and the city-owned as well as district-owned groups will exit completely in this year and the next year.
By 2017, according to the goal put forward by Nanjing municipal party committee and government, the proportion of private economy’s added value to the gross regional domestic product will be over 50 percent and the proportion of private investment to total fixed asset investment will be over 60 percent. 30 percent annual government procurement project budget is specially used to purchase from the medium small and micro-sized enterprises. At the same time, the charges for related enterprises will be rectified comprehensively and executed with the lowest charge standard so as to build a city with the lowest charge standard and the least charge items.
