Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department recently decided to organize and implement the “Program for employment of 100 foreign experts” starting from 2013 and employ 100 international famous, high-level and badly-needed foreign experts in about five years.
The personnel to be employed are mainly high-level and badly-needed foreign experts who are classified into two categories, namely category A and B. The experts of Category A should own the doctorates and work for three consecutive years with no less than six months each year in Jiangsu. Those of Category B should possess master degrees or equivalent occupational qualifications and work in Jiangsu for no less than two months each year. The enlisted foreign experts will be announced after the evaluation and approval by the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department.
